1976. Wayne served 8 years on the Oregon Real Estate Agency Board
and is a past chairman. He was also the Director
of the National Council of Exchangors (NCE). In the Santiam Board
of Realtors, Wayne is a past President, Realtor of the Year twice, and

JOYCE MCCOY,
PRINCIPAL BROKER, GRI Licensed Agent
since 1976 and then
became a Principal Broker in 1979. Joyce and her husband have lived in
the Lebanon area for more than 28 years. Joyce has held numerous
position within the real estate profession; Past President and Vice
President of the Santiam Board of Realtors-twice each, Chairman of the
Real Estate Board Ethics Committee, President and Head of the Education
Committee for the Women's Council of Realtors Association, and State
Director of the Santiam Board of Realtors. She was named Realtor
of the Year and has also been honored in the Realtor's "Hall of Fame".
Joyce's extensive community involvement includes serving on the Board
of Directors for Lebanon's Chamber of Commerce, as well as Chairman of
the Lebanon Elkettes "Help Our Troops - "HOT" committee.
